I have worked for Randall County for 19 years. I worked in the County Clerks Office for 10 years, During that time I was bookkkeeper, Civil case Clerk, Mental Health Cases, Probate and Guardianship pcases. I worked well with the public as well as with the Attorneys. I assisted in Records management and occasionally with Open Public Records. I now current am Employed by the District clerk since August of 2019. I have vast training in our Technology system, programinmg system for OCA reporting.
My Goal for the County Clerk's office is to get it to functing, both in public facing and internal systems, The employees need to be empowered to be able to perform their job duties correctly and effectively. Training and reoganization of areas can help make that office more effective. My experience includes working both behind the scenes on technical and administrative processes and directly with the public in both the County Clerk’s Office and the District Clerk’s Office. This dual perspective gives me a clear understanding of what works, what does not, and where improvements are urgently needed.
