The greatest need or challenge facing Center Township currently are; our increasing homeless population and connecting them with affordable housing. I would address this by working with local and community partners to ensure that our most vulnerable residents have the access needed to move toward sustainable housing.
I would like to see additional expanded services around homeless interventions and additional access for our constituents.
I would like to see more affordable housing, along with jobs that pay a living wage.
The Township Boards role should be to support the work and mission of the trustees by ensuring that the trustee has the necessary resources to get the job done.
