Having lived in the community that I choose to represent for more than 20 years, I feel confident that I am open to the voices of need reflected by my community.
1. Expand and Modernize Voter Registration a. Implement secure online voter registration. b. Allow automatic voter registration through DPS or other agencies. 2. Protect Against Partisan Manipulation of District Map a. Establish an independent redistricting commission. 3. Strengthen Early Voting Access a. Allow counties more flexibility to set early voting hrs based on local needs.
State government should ensure that every Texan—regardless of income, ZIP code, or background—has access to affordable, high‑quality healthcare. 1. Strengthen Primary Care access 2. Grow Healthcare workforce 3. Support Rural Hospitals and Clinics 4. Expand Mental Health and Substance abuse services 5. Modernize Public Health System
I would focus on revitalizing downtowns and main streets in struggling communities. Strategic grants for housing, transportation, and local development can turn declining areas into thriving economic hubs. 1. I would invest in workforce development. 2. I would create incentives for businesses to invest in underserved and rural communities. 3. We must modernize our infrastructure.
Texas should never have to choose between reliable energy, affordable energy, and a clean environment. We can—and must—deliver all three. 1. Strengthen the Grid 2. Support an "All of the above" strategy. Oil and natural gas, wind solar and water 3. Encourage innovation by attracting high-tech energy companies by supporting research partnerships with schools and provide incentives for clean energy
Water is the lifeblood of Texas—our farms, our cities, and our economy depend on it. With a fast‑growing population and more frequent droughts, we need a long‑term strategy that’s as big and bold as Texas itself. 1. Expand investment in Water infrastructure 2. Increase water conservation 3. Diversify water sources 4. Pursue legislation to protect groundwater 5. Improve development planning
1. Fully fund public schools 2. Invest in the teaching profession. Not just higher wages, but more support. 3. Ensure transparency and accountability for all schools that receive public dollars 4. Strengthen support services that help students succeed Texas can offer families choices while still protecting and strengthening our public schools. Quality education is a promise we make to every child

The election results are just as truthful and accurate as the people who are reporting them. Individuals that are involved in voting irregularities should be indicted and prosecuted. Voting is one of the citizens of this country's most precious rights. It should be protected at all costs. Our future depends on honest and open elections. No questions asked.

I believe that school age children's basic needs could be handled by the state in addition to support from federal government. The needs of adults that are paying income taxes to the federal government should be assisted by the federal government. Organizations and companies that are exempted in paying taxes should be required to participate in a program of public assistance or lose tax exemptions
Indict and prosecute individuals and companies that hire people that are in our country illegally to perform jobs that US citizens can and would perform. Wages for these jobs would go up instantly. Our tax base would grow and the need for public assistance would decline.
I would focus on our abundance of natural gas that the state has. It's plentiful, reliable and relatively inexpensive. We have to meet immediate needs while creating employment opportunities for Texans. Solar and wind have a place but limited due to cost and reliability. I would not count out Wind and solar but with our increasing energy demands due to population increases we need a proven source.
Work with our neighbor Mexico and bordering states to make sure that we can meet our water needs. Deals can be made that benefit everyone. Salt water desalination should be looked into without a doubt. We live on the Gulf of Mexico.
I would support a serious state wide code of conduct for teachers and students. Violence in schools is causing us to loose teachers and students everyday to other occupations or schools. I would support lowering the amount of state college support and focus on our most vulnerable population kindergarten through 12th. Everyone deserves a great high school education. We don't all need college.
