Continue the rollout of sidewalk installations to provide safe pedestrian connectivity; ensure Penn Wynne is included in the township’s Main Line Greenway network of bike lanes and trails; support sustainability through policy, funding and infrastructure; and continue to monitor Main Line Health’s transformation of the St. Charles property, including impacts on traffic and Lankenau.
My background as a professional fundraiser, extensive non-profit board experience, and 12 years of local, civic leadership gives me a deep understanding of municipal budgeting and process. For over 10 yrs, I have met with township staff and commissioners to discuss budgeting. For Penn Wynne, I have successfully advocated for funding, demonstrated understanding of setting priorities, balancing goals, and negotiating. As commissioner, I intend to continue that commitment.
I would create safer streets with a network of sidewalks, walking trails and bike lanes, employ traffic calming and upgraded intersections, preserve and improve open spaces, implement sustainable infrastructure and practices, and promote a strong, inclusive community. As commissioner, all of my decisions will be made thoughtfully with three key elements in mind: keep residents safe, be good stewards for our environment, and recognize and support the diversity within our township.
Partnership. I have seen firsthand how communication between a ward commissioner and an engaged neighborhood combats misinformation and builds community. I commit to connecting through monthly newsletters, social media, town halls, listening sessions, and responding to emails/calls in a timely manner to effectively advocate for and represent all residents.

I got involved locally after having worked on preventing anti-semitism and focusing on gang intervention, ending recidivism,, and bringing programs like the US cyber security challenge into schools within in NYC for 15 years. I’m also a cancer survivors and was born and raised in Pittsburgh.
Crime prevention, Preserving and developing green spaces and community / kids spaces; Combatting Anti-Semitism.
I have overseen technology projects with staff up to 500 and budgets up to $250million. I have also been leadership management for nonprofits with budgets up to $10 million. I believe in sensible spending and clear delineation of responsibilities. Lastly, I’ve worked with state and federal appropriations committees and want to bring more grants into Wynnewood.
The existing commission board has allowed a pawnshop and vape businesses that are attracting crimes from Philadelphia crossing City line Avenue. Fixing zoning; hiring community police officers and investing in community programming with all address the crime issues head on. This also assists in address anti-semitism and small crime issues; as we’re expecting 2 Million visitors to the region next year for the 250th and the World Cup.
Lower Merion is a beautiful community. Commission updates through email and social media outreach would be a start. Potentially adding a community ombudsman would aid in stopping misinformation and aid in civic engagement with quarterly ward level town halls.
I would also like to work with local businesses to bring Abrahamic (Jewish, Christian, Muslim) leaders to interfaith events that help us get to know our neighbors better.
