I bring a combination of legal, public-sector, educational, and local experience that I believe is particularly valuable on the Town Board. I am an attorney and RIT professor, and in my professional role as Associate Counsel for a large school district, I work on accountability, compliance, labor relations, investigations, and complex personnel matters. That experience has taught me how to ask difficult questions, evaluate competing interests, understand laws/regulations, and make decisions based on facts rather than politics.

I also understand public service from the inside. I am a former Greece Central School District Board of Education member and continue to serve on its Code of Conduct Committee. Most importantly, I am a lifelong Greece resident. I was raised in the Dewey-Stone neighborhood, where my family has had roots since the 1930s, and I am now raising my own family in Ward 1. I understand both where our community has been and the challenges it faces today.
The Town's first priority should be providing the basic services residents depend on while being responsible stewards of their tax dollars. That means maintaining our roads and infrastructure, keeping our neighborhoods safe, responding to residents in a timely and respectful way, and making sure Town government is transparent and accountable.

Beyond that, I believe Greece needs to think strategically about its future. We should support our existing neighborhoods while encouraging thoughtful economic development and rebuilding our historic economic core. We have tremendous assets in Greece, but we need a Town government willing to plan for the long term rather than simply react to problems as they arise.

Ultimately, our priorities should be straightforward: safe streets, strong neighborhoods, responsible government, and a community where working families can afford to live and work. Those are the things that matter most to residents, and they should guide every decision.
I would like to see the Town regularly review its zoning code to make sure it reflects the Greece we have today, and the Greece we want to build for the future.

We should make it easier to redevelop vacant, underutilized, or deteriorating commercial properties along our established commercial corridors. Thoughtful mixed-use and neighborhood-oriented development can create economic activity without sacrificing the character of our residential neighborhoods.

At the same time, zoning should protect residents from inappropriate development. Growth should be predictable, transparent, and compatible with surrounding neighborhoods. I would favor a process that brings residents, property owners, businesses, and planning professionals into the conversation before major changes are made.

The goal should be smart development that strengthens our tax base, brings new life to underutilized properties, supports local businesses, and preserves the neighborhoods that make Greece home.
I would make revitalizing Greece’s historic economic core on Dewey Avenue a major priority. Greece has grown significantly, but some of our older commercial areas have not kept pace. We should focus on making better use of the places and infrastructure we already have while encouraging responsible investment in our community. As a Town Board member, I would work with residents, businesses, property owners, and the Planning Board to identify barriers to redevelopment and find practical ways to remove them. That could include updating zoning where appropriate, improving coordination between Town departments, pursuing available state and federal funding, and creating a clearer, more predictable process for responsible redevelopment. This is not about changing the character of Greece. It is about investing in what we already have, strengthening our tax base, supporting local businesses, and creating a stronger economic center for the next generation.
