What are your top priorities for 2021?

What else would you like voters to know about you?

COVID-19 has impacted everyone in some way. The pandemic has had a negative impact to our economy and to many residents of Winslow who have had their lives turned upside down. It is an important role for the town council to do the hard work of figuring out how to best help Winslow not only survive these tough economic times, but also improve our quality of life. My long experience in governmental budgeting will help make me an important part of the team guiding our town to prosperity.

A strong commitment to public safety and quality education is paramount to me. I will support wise long-term investment in infrastructure like roads and utilities that will prevent future costly repairs. Affordable housing is also a critical issue that we must address to attract investment in our town. Most importantly, I will be a good steward of your money and ensure that every public dollar expended is done so efficiently and with accountability.
My parents settled in Waterville/Winslow from the Beauce region of Quebec, Canada in the 1940s. By their example, they passed down a strong work ethic and passion for community to me and my siblings. It is with this sense of responsibility that I want to serve on the town council to help improve the lives of our fellow citizens in Winslow.

I hold an MBA from Thomas College and have worked in government finance and budget for 35 years. That knowledge and experience will help me make informed decisions on the town council that will bring positive changes to the lives of all Winslow residents.

Battling the difficult challenges of much needed infrastructure / road.repairs while maintaining and working on doing so with as little impact to taxes as possible. Bringing businesses in to lessen the tax burdens while remembering Winslow is a proud, family neighborhood community.
I arm running for Town council for district 3 here in Winslow. I have lived and raised my two boys here for 35 years. My family goes back six generations in Winslow with some in the very district I want to represent. I am running because I feel it's time for a change. I want to get involved, listen and work towards bringing that change. I worked for 13 years with an ambulance service ,serving the people of this community. I was on the ambulance committee that helped bring our own transporting service to the community,. I have worked in leadership roles learning that to gain respect you must give it. I will work towards earning your trust and respect by fighting for the best interest of our district and town.
