GENERAL FUND OVERRIDEWITHOUT INCREASING TAXES, SHALL WELD COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. RE-3(J) TAXES APPROVED BY THE DISTRICT'S VOTERS IN 2016 BE EXTENDED TO PROTECT EXISTING FUNDING TO, AMONG OTHER THINGS:MAINTAIN SAFER LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS FOR STUDENTS, TEACHERS, AND STAFF THROUGH SAFETY, SECURITY, AND MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORTS;ATTRACT AND RETAIN QUALITY TEACHERS AND REDUCE TEACHER TURNOVER;CONTINUE TO UPDATE INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNOLOGY, TEXTBOOKS, AND LEARNING MATERIALS;ENSURE ADEQUATE NUMBER OF TEACHERS TO REDUCE AND MAINTAIN CLASS SIZE;MAINTAIN PROGRAMS OF INSTRUCTION IN ART, STEM, MUSIC, AND OTHER ELECTIVES FOR ALL SCHOOLS; ANDPROPERLY FUND THE ONGOING MAINTENANCE OF SCHOOLS AND FACILITIES TO EXTEND THEIR USEFUL LIFE AND IMPROVE SAFETY AND RELIABILITY OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES;THROUGH A CONTINUING PROPERTY TAX OVERRIDE MILL LEVY IMPOSED AT A RATE SUFFICIENT TO PRODUCE $3.3 MILLION ANNUALLY FOR DEPOSIT INTO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE DISTRICT, OR SUCH LESSER AMOUNT AS THE BOARD OF EDUCATION MAY ANNUALLY DETERMINE, TO CONSTITUTE A VOTER-APPROVED REVENUE CHANGE UNDER ARTICLE X, SECTION 20 OF THE STATE CONSTITUTION?
