WITHOUT INCREASING TAXES, SHALL SOUTH ROUTT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. RE-3 TAXES PREVIOUSLY APPROVED BY THE DISTRICT'S VOTERS IN CONNECTION WITH DEBT AND WHICH ARE SCHEDULED TO EXPIRE BE EXTENDED TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO LENGTHEN THE USEFUL LIFE OF DISTRICT CAPITAL ASSETS AND ENABLE THE DISTRICT TO, AMONG OTHER THINGS:- PROVIDE LOCAL MONEYS REQUIRED TO QUALIFY FOR AND RECEIVE MATCHING STATE GRANT FUNDING UNDER THE BUILDING EXCELLENT SCHOOLS TODAY ACT; - PROPERLY FUND THE ONGOING MAINTENANCE OF DISTRICT FACILITIES AND CONTINUE A PROPER REPLACEMENT CYCLE OF THE TRANSPORTATION FLEET TO IMPROVE SAFETY AND ENHANCE RELIABILITY; AND - PROPERLY FUND COMPUTER AND TECHNOLOGY ACCESS FOR ALL DISTRICT STUDENTS; THROUGH A PROPERTY TAX MILL LEVY EXTENDED FOR AN ADDITIONAL TWELVE YEAR PERIOD (WITH SUCH EXTENSION TO END AFTER COLLECTION YEAR 2032) AND IMPOSED PURSUANT TO SECTION 22-54-108 OF THE COLORADO REVISED STATUTES AT A RATE OF 9.111 MILLS (WHICH PRODUCED $816,068 IN COLLECTION YEAR 2020) TO BE DEPOSITED IN THE DISTRICT'S FUNDS DESIGNATED FOR TRANSPORTATION AND FOR SUPPLEMENTAL CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION, TECHNOLOGY AND MAINTENANCE, TO CONSTITUTE A VOTER-APPROVED REVENUE CHANGE UNDER ARTICLE X, SECTION 20 OF THE STATE CONSTITUTION?
