General Fund OverrideWITHOUT INCREASING TAXES, SHALL WELD RE-8 SCHOOL DISTRICT TAXES APPROVED BY THE DISTRICT'S VOTERS IN 2012 AND WHICH ARE SCHEDULED TO EXPIRE BE EXTENDED FOR AN ADDITIONAL TEN-YEAR PERIOD (WITH THIS VOTER AUTHORIZATION TO END AFTER COLLECTION YEAR 2030), TO CONTINUE TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO, AMONG OTHER THINGS:PROTECT EXISTING FUNDING TO RETAIN QUALITY TEACHERS, TEACHER'S AIDES, BUS DRIVERS, CUSTODIANS, AND OTHER SUPPORT STAFF; ANDUPGRADE INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNOLOGY TO ENSURE EVERY STUDENT HAS EQUAL ACCESS TO REMOTE LEARNING, WHEN NEEDED;THROUGH A PROPERTY TAX OVERRIDE MILL LEVY IMPOSED AT A RATE SUFFICIENT TO CONTINUE TO PRODUCE $1.4 MILLION ANNUALLY FOR DEPOSIT INTO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE DISTRICT, WITH ALL SPENDING FROM THE MILL LEVY OVERRIDE TO BE PUBLICLY DISCLOSED AND TO CONSTITUTE A VOTER-APPROVED REVENUE CHANGE UNDER ARTICLE X, SECTION 20 OF THE STATE CONSTITUTION?
