Background I grew up in Metro Denver and graduated from CU in 2004. I started a renewable energy company in Rino and it grew to be one of the largest solar companies in Colorado. I've been in public service my entire life, starting with volunteering at a young age. I've been an active Democrat my entire life.

We absolutely need to take steps to educe carbon emissions as soon as possible.
First, we need to secure people's basic needs. It's so important that we make sure that everyone can secure long term housing. We have to make sure that the housing market in Denver and in Colorado is accessible to everyone. We need to ensure that everyone has access to healthcare. I will continue to work for legislation that helps bring equal opportunity across our communities. We especially need to support minority and small businesses now. Overall, we need to make sure that people's basic needs are being met, and that we can work to getting back strong economic growth that works for everyone.
