I am running for re-election because I continue to believe in serving the constituents of the 35th District. I have served the district faithfully for the past 26 years and have received the respect of the people because of my integrity, respect for the citizens and dedication to my district.
I bring 26 years of dedication and hard work to the table. I also bring my knowledge, integrity and accountability to the table. My constituent services prove that my community can trust in my ability to work on their behalf.
Yes, I will work to increase the minimum wage to $15 per hour.
I support maintaining in-state tuition and not allowing ICE to arrest undocumented folks if they have not committed any crimes.
I do not think the government should regulate a woman’s access and right to reproductive health services because that is a decision between a woman and her doctor.
