To continue to serve the community of Lost Creek Township in a professional and conservative fiscal manner with our tax dollars as I have done for the past 30 years. To make more improvements to the Lost Creek Township Garden Trail so people can enjoy the family shelters and get exercise at a safe location with our walking trail. To help those in need of our services that need financial assistance in the event of an emergency and to help guide them to other sources of assistance and to help thru education on financial planning and budgeting a household budget. Most importantly to continue to make sure the 10 cemetery locations that we care for are kept in the utmost best condition as we pay respects for our loved ones. This has been one of my number one concerns when I was first elected as some of the cemeteries were not in the best of condition. I want to continue being a good servant of our Lost Creek Taxpayers money !
We are now and have been a full-time Township Trustee with regular office hours and also by being available to assist after regular office hours and on weekends if needed.
Residents of Lost Creek Township are always invited to attend all and any township board meetings along with stopping by the office or calling me for an appointment to discuss matters that they may want to discuss. I am always willing to listen to new ideas of how to improve our community. We have had many people stop by with issues or concerns in our township that I do not have the authority to take care of, however, thru our office I usually know which county or state department that can help and we strive to reach our to those other agencies to help our citizens of Lost Creek Township and anyone really, We are the hub of information for many that contact our office for any concern. We will continue to always help anybody in anyway possible that we can.
I see Lost Creek Township continue to grow. We have many new homes being built in our township and many new businesses, especially on on hwy 46. I would like to see that continue and am willing to be available to anybody or business wanting to come to Lost Creek Township. I want to continue to save and look for grant money and other funding to possibly build a community center at our walking trail property behind the township office. This would be very helpful to many, especially senior citizens and the meals on wheels program. Having a nice central location for those in need in case of an emergency event, storm, tornado or other civic emergency would be great to have in our area. Lost Creek Township is a great place to live and raise our children, we need to continually work to keep our township the best that it can be, which is what I strive to do as your township trustee !
