My definition of a good public servant - A servant serves everyone. They do not just serve those people who could have influence to further their agenda. A servant is willing adapt to a changing landscape They are humble enough to learn and submit to others A Public Servant does not show favoritism

I am a Notary Public I have completed numerous Finance & Insurance Management Training Courses I have earned 2 Mark of Excellence Awards with GM I have completed multiple Life & Health Insurance License Courses and was a Insurance Agent in the State of Indiana with 3 separate Companies In every Sales Management career, I have assembled teams that were some of the best in their respective fields. Most of them went on to hold in some cases higher positions within the companies that I worked for. Because of the great atmosphere that was created over the years, We still keep in touch to this day I grew up with a family that gave to the community . My Father was a Volunteer Firefighter for 25 years for the Clinton City Fire Department. I spent many years with these firefighters learning how to care and protect our communities.
Communication between the different governing entities. I propose a weekly if not daily zoom meeting with not only the staff of the Auditors Office, I propose that we also connect with the treasurer, the commissioners office and the different departments within the court system to discuss any upcoming issues related to and with the Auditors Office. Hiring a Qualified Staff and keeping within the Budget that is allocated to the Department
I want to highly consider those that are currently working within the Auditors Office. If these individuals are performing at a high level and they are on board with the new Administration, I will definitely consider them to remain in their positions.

If there are any vacancies, I will work with the proper channels to start the process of hiring the right individuals to fill those positions.
