Biographical Information

How would you address Illinois' revenue shortfall, especially in light of COVID-19, including plans to raise more revenue and how to prioritize spending?

Do you support the Fair Tax (graduated rate income tax) amendment?

What measures will you support for equitable redistricting?

What is your position on vote by mail and would you support a universal vote by mail for Illinois?

During the last legislative Session, I voted against the FY 21 state budget because it spent a record amount of money on the heels of a devastating economic shutdown and resulting recession.
No. I voted No on placing the Amendment on the ballot. I do not trust Mike Madigan and JB Pritzker when they say that middle class earners and retirees won't see their taxes increase.

I voted No on the Illinois Democrats massive vote by mail expansion plan. We are already seeing major issues across the state with mailing out thousands of unsolicited ballots. The program and entire idea of universal mail in voting is ripe for fraud and bad behavior.

People are able to vote in several ways in Illinois already, including requesting a ballot to send in as an absentee ballot, early voting in polling places, and being able to vote at their polling place on election day.
