Tippecanoe Township Advisory Board {_getChooseLabel(this.selections.length)}

The township trustee is assisted by a Township Board whose members are elected to four year terms. Duties of the board include adopting the annual budget, serving as a board of finance and approving township contracts. In January of each year, the trustee presents to the board an annual report showing the receipts, expenditures, investments and debts of the township. The township board is also able to authorize a tax levy rate necessary to generate the amount the township board determines is needed for township functions

Experience in Leadership and Management I was a deeply involved parent-leader in Clarkston, Michigan. I served as PTO President and PTA Treasurer, sat on the Superintendent’s Parent Advisory Team, and acted as a building representative for literacy initiatives. My decade-long commitment to youth development is further evidenced by my work with FIRST Robotics, where I served as a judge (2015–2025) and a head coach and mentor
Driven by the belief that we all prosper when we work together, I believe there is more we have in common than differences. I will always assume good intent, look for shared wins, and work tirelessly to build a future where everyone is represented. I am committed to bringing fresh perspectives and proactive leadership to the township I now calls home.
As a resident who moved to the area in 2023 to be closer to family, I offer a unique "newcomer’s" lens combined with a desire to preserve what makes the community special. My platform focuses on three pillars: Transparency & Accountability: I believe township operations should be accessible to everyone. I propose posting all meeting agendas, minutes, and budgets on the county website and eventually establishing a dedicated township website to assist the trustee and residents alike. Enhanced Public Safety: Prioritizing the well-being of all residents through responsible planning and support for local services. Future-Ready Governance: Shifting the board from a reactive stance to a proactive one, prepared for growth.
I will work with our Township Trustee to help provide relief services to those in need, accessibility to the Trustee and the resources available and transparency to minutes, agendas and budgets.

Experience in Leadership and Management USAF Officer, Town Councilman, Engineering Manager
Public service is in my DNA. Growing up in a politically active family, I supported my father serve as a Precinct Committeeman, Town Councilman, and Township Trustee for many years. I followed his example of leadership, serving my country as an officer in the United States Air Force and later serving my neighbors as a Town Councilman in southern Indiana. After relocating back to Indiana three years ago, I am ready to return to local government to give back to the community I now call home.
I feel that local government works best when it is open, honest, and deeply connected to the people it serves. With a career defined by leadership in the military, high-stakes engineering, and previous experience in local office,
I am running for the Tippecanoe Township Board to ensure every tax dollar is visible and every decision is explained.
