I have extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, with a total of 16 years in the county engineer’s office and 31 years in consulting engineering, managing staffs of 100 or more employees in both capacities. As County Engineer, I have had oversight of the design and construction of such projects as the Ridge Ave. Bridge, the Harshman Rd. Bridge, the Third St. Bridge, and the widening of parts of N. Dixie Dr. and Austin Blvd. In consulting, I designed parts of the Airport Access Rd. and managed the design of such projects as US 35 from James McGee Blvd. to Third St. and the Wilmington Bypass; I also did work for 18 different Ohio counties. My reputation is exemplified by the fact that I was honored to be the only person elected as President of both the County Engineers Assoc of Ohio and the American Council of Engineering Companies of Ohio.
