In some areas of the state I would say yes, we need to update the districts to reflect current population concentrations in the state for accurate local demographic representation.
no.
release non violent misdemeanor offenders and stop convicting people of non violent victimless offences. We need to start fixing the problems not profit off of them.
Yes, we need more support for working families so we don't have to pick between raising children and having a career. Or getting sick or working, no one wants to lose everything for something they can't control. we need more protection for worker and covid highlighted it.
Yes, we as representative's need to be able to represent all people, normal people cant compete with corporation's and we need to keep the government working for the little guy, not the super rich bullies. if we keep allowing pay to play politics we wont ever get out of this mess.
getting rid of licensing fees and supporting expansion in to new areas of agriculture to help draw people back to our state, more people mean more diversity, which mean more revenue avenues.

we also need to adjust our tax code and start living within our means more. we rely on tourism more than we thought, and with that in mind we need to adjust how are balancing our budget. agriculture has always been what has gotten us through, and our elders put a system in place to get us through the depressions they knew were coming. its time to tighten the belt and support growth for our children. We have the rainy day fund for a reason, we need to use it wisely, and that means supporting the people who live here, so we can grow together.

as a senator it will be my duty and honor to serve and support my community grow without interference of the State.
