A Magisterial District Judge must be impartial and considerate of the community and the people who are brought before him. I believe that the key attributes of a good Magisterial District Judge would be to make sure that all parties feel that they are being treated fairly, impartially, and with respect while applying and interpreting the laws of the Commonwealth. Having an education in Criminal Justice along with over 21 years of experience in law enforcement makes me uniquely qualified to perform the duties of a Magisterial District Judge.
