After attending the Port Meeting dealing with the master plan proposal and hearing that the majority of the attendance had concerns about the proposed expansion plan. I started to attend the regular monthly Port Meetings and decided that I would be a reasonable voice to represent the public.
Looking as to what is necessary

1. Expansion 2. Runway 3. Terminal
This is a rural airport and expansion should not disrupt road access and create traffic problems
The Port should do everything possible to protect the wetlands and all sensitive adjacent areas
I believe that it is too early and difficult right now to have a clear forecast on the climate change impact
I have been a Cemetery Commissioner for 15 years

I was a Library Trustee for 3 years

I was a member of the Friends of the Library for 10 years and served as President for a few years

I have attended 100 + public meetings dealing with different local issues
