Biography Bill Ricard is running for the 17th District Legislative seat in Albany County. I believe that my experiences and education would make me an asset to the Albany County legislative body, if I were elected to serve the citizens of my community. I am currently the President of Citizens Helpers Inc., which was founded through a personal experience in my life. I had a grandmother who suffered through the effects of Alzheimer's disease. Through this experience, Citizens Helpers Inc. was founded to help others through the same process we’d gone through. Citizen Helpers Inc. is a member with my father Ronald J. Ricard in a residential remodeling company, Complete Remodeling Services + More LLC. I am a Senior Advisor for this business providing lead generation, contract and specification sheets, renderings, along with negotiating with clients and vendors. Finally, I am responsible for securing and adhering to local and federal regulations and/or permits. As the owner of a business, I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of a company that has serviced clients throughout the Capital Region. As a result of this and many other life and work experiences, I believe that I have many of the skills and experiences necessary for the position of Albany County Legislator. Again, my personal and professional experiences, management skills and volunteer experiences uniquely qualify me for a position such as this. I hope to have the opportunity to serve the citizens of the 17th Legislative District for Albany County.
