My top 3 state priorities are:

-Making New Jersey an affordable place to live and do business -Making sure the job climate in NJ is competitive with the surrounding states -Ensuring that retirees can afford to live in NJ if they choose

To address property taxes, I believe the Legislature must move legislation to address the affordable housing mandate, freeze new state spending, and look for sensible, efficient savings within the school funding system.
I would support continuing our tax incentive programs to compel businesses to come to NJ and stay here. In addition, I would advocate for stable tax policy, so income and corporate rates are not constantly increased. The only way to improve our economy is to attract and keep businesses.
