What are your top 3 priorities if elected?

All judges need to be fair and impartial. Litigants should expect to be heard and know that the court has applied the law to the facts of their case and not relied on assertions of the Commonwealth or plaintiff’s counsel.

Maintaining judicial independence is crucial for this to work. Judges must not hold private meetings with prosecutors and/or members of law enforcement about cases to the exclusion of private counsel and/or public defenders.

Implementing and expanding community outreach and educational programs to prevent crime, address addiction and to educate citizens is a critical job requirement of all judges.
