Council members should make themselves more accessible to residents by publishing their personal cell phones and email addresses on the Borough webpage and their Facebook pages.

Council has its regular meeting on Mon evenings, but the work session should be different weekday afternoons to provide more citizens the opportunity to attend.

Council agenda should be adopted by resolution allowing all council members to participate.

We should designate a Borough Manager, removing responsibility from the Council of routine day to day operations and having a professional take over that decision-making.

Council committee meetings should be advertised and conducted in accordance with the Sunshine Act.

Council committee assignments should be made at public meetings after consultation & input from members.

Council members should not serve on Borough Boards & Commissions when we have qualified citizen volunteers.

Council meetings should be live-streamed

Mount Pocono has been managed the same way for decades and our finances are not where they need to be.

Roads need repairs, parks need upkeeping, and our residents need to know that their taxes are being spent in the most efficient and effective way.

Working as a team with residents, business owners, fellow Council Members, and Borough employees is the only way this can happen successfully.

I look forward to focusing my efforts, my next term, on fixing our budget and making sure there is money available for the things our residents want and need.
