Our state and national political processes are broken and, at every level, we need to work to repair them. Local government is a laboratory of Democracy and what we do in Doylestown can be a vehicle for positive change from the ground up.

Those of us running for office should be able to get potholes filled and services delivered; but how we do things can be as important as what we do.

At times we all may disagree, but we need to recognize there is far more that brings us together than divides us. Our children are watching and our values and example has to provide a better model of citizenship. This is something that was taken for granted in years past, but that is crucial to the health of our Democracy.

I hope to continue to approach local government focused on the big picture that we are all in this together and all want what is best for our kids and this community.
Doylestown is defined by great neighborhoods, a rich history, the arts, and an attractive downtown. We expect the best – culturally, economically and aesthetically. We continue to provide solid returns on hard earned tax dollars for this generation and the next.

I am running to help continue the economic and social progress this Borough has enjoyed.

As a business owner, municipal attorney and husband and father, I will advocate for the issues important to all of us - preserving a healthy environment for economic growth, ensuring spending is efficient, providing top notch and innovative local services and keeping our communities safe and satisfied.

As your councilperson, I will be a bridge builder, will ensure all voices are heard and will work tirelessly so Doylestown continues to be a great place to live, work and raise a family.

I am a member of Doylestown Borough Council, the chairperson of the Zoning and Planning Committee and a member of the Finance and Public Works Committees. Over the last fifteen years, I served as a municipal solicitor dealing with hundreds of complex governmental issues. I worked for the Governor’s Office of General Counsel, was a panel member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and am a small business owner. I served as an adjunct professor and taught classes to other attorneys and students. I graduated from Widener University School of Law, where I was a leadership scholar, served as a member of the Law Review and worked on redistricting reform. I was certified in law and government, which required training in legislative theory, drafting and local government. I also studied international law at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland and Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. I graduated from Ursinus College with a double major and double minor
