Warminster Township Supervisor, Retired Police Corporal, Navy Veteran and Former Firefighter/EMT
Montgomery County Police Academy
West Chester University
I am running for the Clerk of Courts to continue my life long commitment to my community. I became a volunteer firefighter/EMT at the age of 17. I joined the U.S. Navy by the age of 20, and I became a police officer two weeks after 9/11. After a career ending car crash, I continued my service by becoming elected as a Warminster Township Supervisor. I believe in providing great constituent service and creating a positive working atmosphere that motivates department employees. I will institute a mandatory call back policy. People rely on the Clerk of Courts to have a sense of urgency. Those using this office often need clerical direction during a stressful time, and as taxpayers they deserve quality customer service. I also believe it is a leader’s responsibility to ensure their people are properly motivated and trained. Moving us into the 21 st century, I will insist the office, judges, and courts are using the most current and secure means of contact and documentation.
As a police corporal I was responsible for overseeing the accuracy of my squad’s reports and the chain of custody for all evidence. Police officers are trained to be fastidious with all court matters and I will bring that same quality to this job. As a Township Supervisor, I learned the importance of being responsive to the public. Our taxpayers deserve the highest quality services possible. Services that are delivered in a timely and efficient manner and treatment by motivated staff who understand the public’s stressful circumstances. I have also been a local large organization leader. I enjoy organizing people in a way that places the individual in an environment that caters to their strengths, resulting in a thriving group of motivated team members. My experience as a police corporal, Township Supervisor, and Organization leader makes me uniquely qualified to bring the most out of the Clerk of Courts office and give Bucks County taxpayers the best service possible.
