• Continue improving the Village traffic, safety and parking in the downtown. • Continue the development of our new Beautification efforts, engaging the community and local business owners. • Look for opportunities of improvement to the village noise issues. • Supporter of the review of our Vision Plan. Excited to see people interested in developing Dobbs Ferry, but finding the right balance of development continues to be the Board of Trustees' main task.
I plan to continue focusing on affordable housing and renter’s rights. We have to engage landlords into the vision plan of the village and hold them accountable for the condition and maintenance of their buildings. We also need to ensure that "The Housing Stability and Tenants Protection Act of 2019" is enforce for all renters' of Dobbs Ferry.

We need to update our Comprehensive Plan to reflect the current values and needs of our village. This will inform our boards and staff in decision-making for future development projects, plus give us all a chance to realign on Dobbs Ferry’s future. In my 1st term we created the Downtown Improvement Task Force, and a key takeaway of the group was that the 2010 Vision Plan was outdated in vital areas like the downtown and the waterfront. If given a 2nd term, I will work to facilitate this project.
With ever-increasing property taxes and a village consisting of 40% non-profit organizations not contributing to the property tax base, it’s our job as the Board of Trustees to encourage more affordable housing within our village borders. I will fully support code revisions that would require more affordable housing of any new development projects.
