The most important issues facing my office are Downtown Development, Sustainability, and Infrastructure. Downtown Development and Transit-Oriented Development are my first priority for the city. We are delivering 100% renewable resources to our residents, always making sure the environmental impact of our development is sound. It is critical to keep the infrastructure strong in my district, including the roads, bridges, lakes, ponds, and parks.
We have added 300+ units of Affordable Housing thus far, and my hope is that this will increase, as we continue to develop our downtown. This is a priority for the City of New Rochelle, as we respect the diversity of our residents.
