- Maintaining the character of the Friendly Village through input from and support for local businesses and organizations - Infrastructure maintenance and repairs – efficient planning and budgeting for the future - Planning for balanced and sustainable growth through proper and conscious zoning and development - Working in conjunction with the Army Corps of Engineers for continued flood mitigation
Maintaining the character of the friendly village is a main focus of mine. Too many young adults that were raised in and contributed to this community are being priced out. Fair and affordable housing should adhere to Westchester County standards and local zoning laws. Any increased affordable housing should go through conscious and careful planning with a focus on impacts to schools and infrastructure.

As Trustee, I stopped the rampant over-development endorsed by the Rosenblum administration with new zoning that decreased potential build out by 40%. I am committed to preserving our coastal character and supporting our local businesses. Current priorities include continued flood prevention efforts and the repair of the sanitary sewer system for financial and environmental sustainability. I remain laser focused on fiscal prudence through responsible auditing and review of spending.
Home to persons of diverse socio-economic backgrounds and ages, Mamaroneck is a special place. We are rooted here from one generation to the next. Community groups such as Washingtonville Housing Alliance fight to maintain affordable housing for working families. As Trustee, I introduced the effort to secure the passage of Mamaroneck's first fair and affordable housing law. I am committed to continuing and expanding such efforts. We can and will go farther.
