It has been my honor to serve as Town Justice for the past four years, and I am hopeful to have your support on November 5th. The position is non-partisan, and despite the need to seek a political party nomination in order to get on the ballot, it is important that Judges remain impartial and above the political fray. I have sought to be a fair arbiter of the laws, respectful of the rights of those appearing before our court, while vigilantly mindful of the needs and concerns of our community.

I have spent most of my life helping people including thousands of hours representing families and children in court, as President of the Bronx Family Court Bar Association, and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Westchester. We live in divided times but all of us want to be treated fairly and with respect; to have happiness and to feel safe; to provide for our families; to worship freely; to have a good future for our children. As Town Justice I will work tirelessly for these things.

First appointed to serve as a prosecutor in Westchester in 1984, I have over 30 years of experience in the New York Judicial System. My legal experience has given me the experience and temperament to be a productive member of the North Salem Town Court. As a parent of two children who grew up in North Salem and attended North Salem public schools and as a member of the Planning Board and MCCA, I will use my community involvement to keep North Salem a safe place to live and raise our children.
