My approach to any important issue is to be thoughtful and purposeful. I believe that government at all levels should be a collaborative process, transparent and responsive to the needs of the community. Some of the more important issues are the County’s plans to double the number of emergency cell towers by 2026, the revitalization initiative for Croton Falls, the transition to renewable energy by 2050 and ongoing efforts to control spending and deal with the effects of the Federal Tax Plan.
Fair and affordable housing is important in every community. North Salem has been designated by the Monitor handling the HUD lawsuit as exemplary. We should be proud of this! Presently, the Town appears to be meeting the demand for fair and affordable housing. However, we should remain steadfast in our commitment to provide fair and affordable housing as needed while, at the same time, responding to the housing needs of the entire community.

My vision is to maintain the character and integrity of North Salem while preserving the services our residents are accustom to; keeping taxes low; creating an environment to attract business; and strengthen our community. I am fiscally responsible and can be counted on to consider family values and high ethical standards.
North Salem is fully vested and has provided affordable housing in our community.
