Throughout my years of town-wide service, I have consistently faced each issue with the best interests of the community as my guide. I have no agenda other than to serve our town and its residents with pride and dedication. I favor holding the line on property taxes and maintaining budgetary and fiscal responsibility. I consider road maintenance to be a priority in the Town of Lewisboro, and I support maintaining and improving recreational and senior facilities.
All communities should certainly seek to increase their affordable housing supply; however, I believe affordable units should be located throughout the community and not limited to one location. It also is in the best interest of our community when the units are family friendly and designed in conjunction with the surrounding community, rather than as an isolated island. The needs of Lewisboro's own population, especially its elderly, should not be neglected.

I am fiscally responsible in budget management as I have a fiduciary obligation to our constituents to treat all tax payer money as if it were my own. That said I firmly believe,as a Town Board, that we must provide essential services to our residents surrounding safety which means repairing and retaining the integrity of our infrastructure largely dealing with our roads, efficient snow removal and appropriate policing. We need a new master plan to unite our hamlets and prepare us for the future.
I have supported zoning changes enabling the construction of affordable housing through out our Town to be marketed and managed by the County. I have further voted for the sale of a town asset to be converted to affordable market rate one bedroom units. Fair and affordable housing is an essential vehicle to providing an equal opportunity to public school education. Moreover social/economic diversity is an enriching experience for school children to be cultivated and embraced by public officials
