Republicans deny it exists. Until there are changes in the legislature and the executive branch, there really is nothing I can do as an official.
Quit illegally taking millions of dollars from the poorest schools and the Air Base schools.
Workers as in the lack of is what is holding our state back. We need to treat workers better. And we need the services workers want. Daycare shortages, lack of pre kindergarten, and other things mean workers decide to go elsewhere. Minimum wage needs to be raised.

We need to make ND more attractive for our youth so they don’t rush to leave.

Not only does the state do a poor job of attracting new people, we do a poor job of keeping what we have. State government actually follows a Buffalo Commons idea they call regionalization. When your current government has given up on much of your state, the state will die.
We need a basic level of gun education in schools.
It is difficult to know what the current policy is. The agencies seem disorganized and tossed to and fro. We need some stability and planning. Need to provide ways for people to legally immigrate.
