I am grateful for the continued support and confidence of the citizens of Lubbock. In 27 years, I have handled 140,000 civil and criminal cases with diligence, professionalism, fairness, and common sense. I have been involved with many projects to improve and streamline J.P. offices in Lubbock and statewide.
Primary court for civil filings; class c misdemeanors; juveniles- truancy, alcohol, tobacco, shoplifting; hot checks/restitution; evictions-residential/commercial; small claims; debt cases; D.L./handgun license suspensions; deed restrictions; collections, warrants, writs; environmental/burn ban/adult entertainment cases; 24 hr. call- felony filings; ongoing technology developments: dockets, interactive website, computer improvements, legislation.
