Background U.S. Navy Veteran and successful business owner.
Education Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a 4.0 GPA
As a successful business owner, I have managed millions of dollars in real estate contracts and have a proven track record in financial management and expense oversight. I will provide diligent oversight of our county’s funds and apply my conservative practices to the office of Treasurer. Prior to my successful career in real estate, I proudly served our country in the U.S. Navy at various military installations and on overseas deployments and was honorably discharged at the rank of E5. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a 4.0 GPA.
As a veteran, I understand this election is about public service, not a career in politics. I believe elected officials should report for duty and show up every day to work for the taxpayers they serve. County Treasurer is the Chief Investment Officer of our county and holds upward to 500 million each day. Those funds require strict oversight and must be accounted for and deposits made. The office also must provide strict oversight of investments and assure we have the funds available to cover all operating expenses.
My pledge to the citizens of Williamson County is that I will go to work every day looking for ways to increase government transparency, eliminate wasteful spending and provide strict oversight of our county’s funds. I took an oath to protect and defend our nation and proudly served our country for over a decade. I now report for duty to serve the people of Williamson County and will faithfully execute the duties of the Treasurer’s Office. I humbly ask for your support and vote in the March 6th, 2016 Republican Primary election.
