Qualifications Worked in private practice for 20+ years prior to becoming a Judge. Handled, malpractice, defense litigation, civil, criminal, estate and domestic cases. Served as Arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas of Phila. for 20 years.

The ability to listen to both sides fairly and impartially.
I would recuse myself ( and have recused) myself when I cannot give each side the impartiality they deserve.
I can educate people as to their options and rights under the law.
