The Auditor is the city's chief fiscal officer. The auditor's office is in charge of accounts payable, payroll, purchasing and presenting the city's financial statement each year. In addition the office is responsible for ensuring compliance with the budget expenditures, and that all State and Federal laws regarding finances are followed. Term: 4 yearsSalary: $94,735

Biographical Information

Current Occupation City Auditor
Education Elida High School graduate, class of 1982. Graduate of The Ohio State University, 1999, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Training & Experience I have attended numerous training sessions conducted by the national Government Finance Officers Association. In addition I have attend training sessions conducted by the Ohio Government Finance Officers Association as well as serving on their Education Committee for the past 12 years. I have also participated in training courses offered by the State Auditor's office and the State Treasurer's office.
