4-year term No Salary, some districts offer small per diem for evening meetings. School Board Members or “directors” – are the elected governing body of the school district, serving four-year terms. The school board’s governance responsibilities fall in four major areas: Vision – focuses the work on student achievement through a comprehensive strategic planning process; Structure – provides prudent financial planning and oversight; diligent and innovative policymaking; Accountability – sets specific goals and a process for evaluation, reporting and recommendations for improvements; and Advocacy – champions public education in the local community and before state and federal policy makers. The School Board sets the general policies of the district, which are implemented by the hired professional district Superintendent and certificated teaching staff and personnel. One of the critical duties is the adoption of the district's budget and proposal of any school levies to be placed on the ballot to the people. The commission sets policies and approves all spending via the budget. The council also sets salaries for district employees.

The most important issues facing our district consist of outings funded out of pocket, materials and technology access. Also, the oversized debate on school lunch. I consider the need to finance prepared outing engagements as the most urgent. Without a minimum of 6 months notice in advance, science art and history suffer extensive loss without practical application that generally culminate first-hand experience. Sometime spur-the-moment is the best solution and cannot be indulged on because levy and bond funds project no operating expenses.
Charter schools, like the Sports Leadership and Management Charter by Armando Perez generate fine-tuned relationships. They can be conducted without teachers and represent a favorable margin in advising; a key to public school management in elementary and secondary education levels.
My students must meet score requirements. Without proper instruction, no one will know the improvements. A test is used to reduce or retain results and testing students must be the substance of success with athletes, as well.
Start times don't have to belong in the topic as a priority, but young minds have been recognized as gathering reciprocal language, based on physical preparation... full-time accountability that comes with a prize. The margin of error must be a possessive variable, at hand for athletes and advanced placement, alike.
Today, tomorrow and the next day will improve the rate of graduation. Without physical wellness, all students improve together as a static number. Building graduation requirements in public schools may help local school districts improve athletic achievement. By building graduation rates, estimates should be an emphasis-driven outcome, not a goal undermined by compensation.
Bullying, in my opinion, will not be tolerated. Just as students and bullying do exist, a repercussion must exist for such acts, based upon the violation. With a hand of great strength, at minimum, teachers must counteract bullying on a national level; 3 million strong!
The new state law is not an efficient solution in the Office of Management and Budget. Civics for students should be ecumenical and expose their options to STEM related interpretations of a responsible life and how to conduct such life. We insure students have the tools to excel prior to interaction with real-world experience. Students need to know how to make it to class on time!
Disruptive technology has placed education at the fingertips of science and mathematics, entirely. Suspension must be regarded on equivalent standard error models, while estimating the severity of written language. Nothing starts a tolerable education better than a disruptive student, and should be seen as an opportunity for growth. Equally, teachers who expect students to learn through rhetorical befuddlement should be assessed, equally.
