Biographical Information

What are the most important changes needed to ensure election integrity and voting access for all qualified Virginians?

How would you promote health care coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all Virginians?

Do you support voters being able receive an absentee ballot without having to state an excuse?

What changes in Virginia's method of drawing district lines would you support to increase the number of contested elections and to increase voter turnout?

Are you in favor of raising the minimum amount to define a felony from $200? (D.C. and the adjoining states of Maryland and West Virginia have their limits set at $1000.) If not, why?

Why did you vote to refuse $10.5 billion in Medicaid monies from the Federal Government over the life of the Affordable Care Act? (Hospitals even agreed to pick up the state's portion of matching monies, so it would not have cost Virginia a dime. Now, the House version of the Republican healthcare bill is rewarding those states that accepted these monies by continuing to fund the Medicaid expansion for years but will not offer such funding to states like Virginia that refused to accept such. So, if the House bill version passes, Virginia will lose billions more in Medicaid funding.)

Would you support using former coal mines for pumped storage electricity generation or using strip mines for wind and solar generation?

What can be done about opioid addiction in Southwest Virginia?

You are House Deputy Majority Whip, what do you do in this position?
