• Focus on giving a voice and engaging all Dobbs Ferry residents to build unity within our community. • Balance new development allowing positive change and growth and still offering the quality of life that makes Dobbs Ferry a wonderful community. • Develop action plan to improve the village traffic and parking with the main focus on Rivertown Square and the downtown areas. • Recognize the importance of adhering to and enforcing our village codes to maintaining the quaint village
I'm a renter in Dobbs Ferry and the constant increase in rent as a result of tax increases is a big concern. I feel we are pushing out the working class. I'm all about the right balance for everyone to create a diverse community.

• Maintain our fiscal health, hold taxes to a minimum • Nurture only responsible and prudent development that preserves our Village character • Improve and maintain Village facilities and infrastructure • Increase transparency and expand communication between the Village and its residents • Focus on efforts to improve and enforce traffic, parking, and pedestrian safety
It is important to have diversity in the community and no one should be forced to leave our Village due to affordability. The influx of luxury housing and its benefits needs to be balanced with affordable housing to ensure everyone has a chance to thrive here in Dobbs Ferry.

One of the People’s Choice for Dobbs Ferry party platform points is to establish a more positive and trusting dynamic between our village government and the people of Dobbs Ferry through more transparency, inclusiveness, better communications and greater accessibility. My approach to priority issues facing our village would be to publicly engage all the stakeholders (including residents) early on and prior to any decisions being made by the governing board.
New leadership in Dobbs Ferry needs to work towards providing more value for its tax dollars so that our village can be more affordable to live in.

I have been a Village Trustee since 2011. When faced with an important issue, I listen to the arguments put forth by all sides; research the relevant statute and make a decision based on the facts and what I believe to be in the best interest of the Village. I believe the most important issues facing the Village are related to the overall quality of life for the residents, which include development, taxes and traffic.
I strongly believe that there should be an increase in the number of affordable units available in our community. To that end, I attended and completed the Land Use Leadership Alliance Training Program at Pace Law School. Through this program, we explored the key issues and visited a number affordable housing units throughout Westchester.
