1. Maintaining an annual budget that provides services and the quality of life residents expect, yet preventing taxes from sky rocketing is extremely important. To quote North Castle Supervisor Michael Schiliro, whenever we can, the Town Board "does more with less," but we cannot do this without the co-operation of our loyal town employees. 2. Supported the plan to pave almost twice as many roads this year and will pledge to continue supporting an aggressive road paving program.
In 2014, my first year serving on the North Castle Town Board, I urged the Supervisor and fellow Councilmen to pass an Ordinance addressing the need to support Affordable Housing in our town. Recently the North Castle Town Board participated in a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the completion of ten (10) Affordable Housing condominiums in Armonk.
