Shall the City of Rolette be authorized to levy a tax not exceeding ten (10) mills annually for a period of ten (10) taxable years for a capital improvements fund for the purpose of funding fire department capital improvements, equipment acquisition, and the maintenance of structural and mechanical components of fire department stations?
