Shall initiated Ordinance No. 2026-12 be approved to amend the July dates authorizing the use of fireworks in the City, as referenced in Section 6-0302 of the Revised Ordinances of 2003 of the City of Horace, North Dakota, from June 27 through July 6 to July 3 through July 5 of each calendar year?
