Sioux County Measure No. 1 - Additional mill levy for NDSU extension services Choose 1
Shall the Board of County Commissioners of Sioux County be authorized to levy an additional tax not exceeding two (2) mills for county extension work, in addition to the two (2) mills previously authorized, for a period not to exceed ten (10) years commencing with taxable year 2027, in accordance with subsection 2 of section 11-38-01 and subsection 2 of section 57-15-06.7 of the North Dakota Century Code?
