This ballot measure would add a new section to the state constitution requiring all public schools to provide one free breakfast and one free lunch to students every school day. Non-public schools could opt in to the program.A YES vote means you support public schools providing universal free school meals to K-12 students.A NO vote means you do not support the proposed amendment. If enough North Dakota voters sign the measure petition by the deadline, the measure goes on the ballot for a statewide vote.
