I believe effective leadership means bringing people together, even during disagreements. As Lieutenant Governor, I would focus on communication, transparency, and practical solutions that put Nevadans first instead of partisan politics. When conflicts arise between the Governor and Legislature, I would work to find common ground on priorities like strengthening Nevada’s economy, supporting small businesses, improving education, and expanding access to healthcare. On the state budget, I support responsible fiscal management while making strategic investments that benefit working families and long-term economic growth. My approach would always be collaborative, solutions-focused, and focused on delivering results for all of Nevada.

I support expanding workforce opportunities for all Nevadans by improving access to job training, apprenticeships, career education, and small business resources. Nevada’s workforce system should work for everyone, including immigrants, rural communities, veterans, and working families. I believe in stronger partnerships between schools, unions, community colleges, and local businesses to create pathways into high-demand careers. I also support reducing barriers by expanding access to childcare, transportation, English-language support, and career navigation services so more Nevadans can successfully enter and remain in the workforce.

I believe Nevada works best when leaders focus on solving problems instead of political division. Encouraging lawmakers to work together starts with open communication, transparency, and listening to communities across the state. I would work to build relationships with legislators from both parties and focus on common-ground issues like economic development, healthcare, education, and workforce growth. Respectful collaboration, data-driven decisions, and keeping the focus on everyday Nevadans are essential to moving Nevada forward together.

Building public trust starts with transparency, accountability, and accessibility. Nevadans deserve leaders who communicate honestly, explain decisions clearly, and remain accessible to the communities they serve. I support stronger ethics standards, open government practices, and making state resources and information easier for the public to access. I also believe trust is built by showing up consistently, listening to concerns from both urban and rural communities, and focusing on practical solutions that improve people’s daily lives rather than partisan politics.

As Lieutenant Governor, I would approach disagreements between the Governor and Legislature by focusing on communication, transparency, and shared goals. I believe every Nevadan deserves the opportunity to succeed. I also believe we must expand opportunities in growing sectors like healthcare, clean energy, advanced manufacturing, film production, and hospitality so Nevada’s workforce is prepared for the jobs of the future. Throughout my time in the Legislature, I have worked with colleagues across different perspectives to deliver results on public safety, healthcare, education, and economic opportunity. I believe lawmakers are most effective when we focus on solving problems. As Lieutenant Governor, I would continue bringing stakeholders together, encouraging bipartisan conversations, and keeping the focus on practical solutions that improve people’s lives.

Building public trust in government starts with showing people that their voices matter and that the government can deliver real results. I would continue advocating for transparency, ethical leadership, and greater public engagement in the legislative process. That also means focusing on collaboration to develop and deliver real solutions that improve people’s lives, not spend our time bickering over ideological arguments. By listening to Nevadans, communicating honestly, and following through on commitments, we can strengthen confidence in state government and ensure people feel represented and respected.

My special skill is deescalation, communication, & creative solutions that mutually benefit everyone. I've been in a line of work for decades in which the producers, executives, technicians, agents, unions, policy makers, and creative workers always disagree and are pinned against each other in incredibly hostile environments. Nationwide I am known as the community diplomat to bridge the gap between differing views, different demographics, and bringing unity amongst varying interests. Negotiating with compassion, economics, & empathy is my strength. I keep it light, respect all, & make it light with comedic relief.

Expanding high paying job industry. I lost my income and have had to navigate an incredibly extinct job market in Vegas while tourism is down, casino layoffs are at an all time high, & there are no new industries coming. I have a budgeted policy plan to support permanent job growth.

Using loophole tax abatements to invest in reviving tourism via arts, entertainment, small business support, public transportation regionally in Reno & Vegas as well as high speed eco friendly rails statewide, invest in retreats, dark star tourism, nature retreats, theatre districts, museum districts, non profits and more. Raising the minimum wage, cracking down on union busting, & providing emergency visa work for those who have lost their jobs (common here).

Everyone honestly needs to learn compassion, community, & their true role as public servants. Right now our leaders have abandoned the needs of the people by serving special interests & corporate/ casino donation needs. One of the best quality in a public servant is leading with humility & listening to altering perspectives first. Working together across party lines is the only way Nevadans will get back to work, have housing, & survive as a society.

Not taking corrupted dark funding makes candidates have a harder battle getting elected but is the best way to show the community that you're acting in their interest. Community is everything. Many laws passed in the fall special session were made at the expense of state workers, families, entertainers, casino workers, unions, & hospitality industries. This only occurred because we were left out of conversations. I will create fun and interactive community events to connect. Town halls as they are now are outdated and are not a realistic way to hear from people. You have to reach out to communities via visiting, calls, social media, events, & other less standard ways to actually know what is needed. Modernize outreach.
