Students need to have building blocks to futures they want to pursue, no matter what that future holds. Environment is an issue because what we have going on with the building of data centers and mining of resources is causing harm to lands in Nevada. It also causes harm to the residents that are nearby those operations. We need to have a moratorium on these things. I want to work with the state assembly to make marginalized communities feel safe again in Nevada. I want to pass legislation to protect the rights of all, especially transgender people.

To show proof of citizenship to register to vote should never be necessary. Everyone doesn’t have a document proving they are a citizen. Not all citizenship documents match the current name of the person either. To require someone to show proof of citizenship to register to vote could cause undue hardship on that person. There are safeguards already in place when you register to vote here in NV.

Protecting Nevadans is my first priority. With the data centers, I would put a moratorium on the building of them. I also want to work with the state assembly to safeguard, via legislation, any Nevadans data. With the situation of ICE, I would protect all Nevadans by deploying the National Guard to help the people living here. I would make sure everyone in Nevada feels safe.

Family courts so we can protect the children. Education so we can give children a better future. Environment so we can have a sustainable future for Nevada. Human rights so we can help all marginalized communities, especially those communities that are losing rights in other states. Nevada faces three core challenges: an overreliance on taxation, lack of economic diversification, and rising cost of living. My solution is structural — not incremental. I will replace all state taxes and fees by building NGEX, a state-aligned financial exchange designed to generate continuous revenue. This shifts Nevada from taxing its people to monetizing global market activity. At the same time, we expand high-income sectors, reduce regulatory friction, and position Nevada as a global financial hub. The goal is simple: eliminate the burden on residents while dramatically increasing state revenue.

I support requiring proof of citizenship for voter registration. Voting is a foundational right reserved for U.S. citizens, and ensuring the integrity of that process is essential to public trust. At the same time, implementation must be efficient, accessible, and not overly burdensome to lawful voters. The objective is not restriction — it is verification. Confidence in elections strengthens democracy, and clear standards help ensure that every valid vote counts and is protected.

Nevada must assert its authority where it has jurisdiction. I support lawful federal enforcement, but I will not allow overreach that bypasses state authority or harms residents. For ICE, that means clear legal boundaries and transparency. For data centers, Nevada must control land use, infrastructure approvals, and resource allocation — especially water and energy. Any large-scale acquisition must align with Nevada’s long-term interests. My administration will ensure federal actions respect state sovereignty and that Nevada, not outside entities, determines Nevada’s future.

My top priority is eliminating the need for a traditional tax-based budget altogether. Through NGEX and the Nevada Investment Authority, we create a self-sustaining revenue model driven by financial markets, not residents. During the transition, funding will prioritize infrastructure, education modernization, and economic expansion into high-value industries. The objective is long-term: move Nevada from a tax-dependent system to a revenue-generating system. This allows for stronger public services while ultimately removing the financial burden from every Nevadan.

Nevada’s biggest challenges are housing costs, healthcare affordability, and the rising cost of living. I will address housing by stopping large-scale investor domination of neighborhoods, lowering rent inflation, and helping Nevada families compete for homeownership again. I will lower energy costs by building large-scale Nevada-owned solar infrastructure projected to cut electricity prices by up to 40% while creating over 100,000 jobs. And I will create a simpler and more affordable statewide healthcare option designed to reduce costs, expand access, and ensure no family has to choose between medical care, rent, or groceries.

Only U.S. citizens should vote. But voter fraud is already extraordinarily rare, and making it harder for lawful citizens to vote is not the solution. Even the conservative Heritage Foundation’s database found about 1,285 proven voter fraud cases nationwide out of more than 1.8 billion ballots cast between 1982–2018, about 0.00007% of votes.

In Nevada, voter fraud is already a felony punishable by up to 4 years in prison and a $5,000 fine, and for non-citizens it can also result in deportation. The idea that large numbers of migrants would risk prison, deportation, and destroying their future just to cast a single illegal vote simply does not make sense.

-End Nevada participation in 287(g) to ensure state and local police are not deputized for federal immigration enforcement. Require full public transparency on any investigations into DHS, CBP, or ICE misconduct in Nevada.

As Governor of Nevada, I believe safeguarding our elections starts with ensuring that only U.S. citizens are able to vote. At the same time, I would implement this policy in a practical and fair way—providing clear guidelines, multiple forms of acceptable documentation, and accessible pathways so every eligible citizen can easily register. My approach is about protecting the value of every lawful vote while maintaining a system that is transparent, secure, and works for all Nevadans.

As Governor of Nevada, I will stand firmly for state sovereignty and protect our citizens from federal overreach. I support cooperation with ICE to enforce the law and keep communities safe, but I will oppose unfunded mandates or policies that undermine local control and strain our resources. At the same time, I will ensure any federal activity in Nevada respects state laws and community standards. When it comes to data centers, I will defend Nevada’s economic interests and property rights by requiring transparent permitting, protecting our energy and water resources, and preventing federal interference that disrupts private investment or state planning. As Governor of Nevada, my top budget priorities are public safety, education reform, and economic growth because they form the foundation of a strong, self-reliant state. I will invest in law enforcement and first responders to keep our communities safe, direct education funding toward classrooms and school choice options that improve outcomes for students, and maintain a pro-growth tax and regulatory environment that attracts businesses and creates high-paying jobs. 1. We must modernize our state revenue. My “Fair Share Tax Package for Billionaires & Corporations” ends our bad habit of writing blank checks to big businesses while making working families pick up the tab.

I am opposed to requiring proof of citizenship for voter registration, or any other barriers to voting including closed primaries (I would allow non-partisans to vote in party primaries). We must always support free and fair elections and strengthen Nevada’s laws to protect voter information and support faster collection of voting results.

On day one, I would sign an executive order to rescind Nevada’s collaboration under the 287(g) program, and to create publicly available and transparent tracking of attorney general and all state law enforcement officer (LEO) efforts to arrest/prosecute misconduct by Department of Homeland Security/Customs and Border Protection/ICE officials.

First, families are struggling with rising housing costs, groceries, fuel, and utilities. I would increase housing supply, reduce unnecessary regulations, support small businesses, and attract higher-paying industries so wages can grow with costs. Second, too many schools are underperforming, especially in lower-income districts. I would prioritize funding for struggling schools first, improve teacher pay, reduce classroom overcrowding, and expand trade, vocational, and career training so students are prepared for success. Third, many Nevadans feel ignored by government. I would restore trust through transparency.

I believe only United States citizens should be able to vote in our elections, and I support reasonable measures to verify citizenship during voter registration. Protecting election integrity is essential to maintaining public trust in our democracy. Federal law already prohibits non-citizens from voting in federal elections, and voter registration forms require applicants to attest under penalty of perjury that they are citizens.

That said, any proof-of-citizenship requirement must be practical, secure, and fair. It should be easy for eligible citizens to comply with, whether they use a passport, birth certificate, naturalization papers, or verified government records. We should not create unnecessary barriers for seniors, military voters

As Governor, I will run the state to protect Nevada’s economy, workforce, and communities. On immigration issues, I support lawful solutions that strengthen our labor force while respecting federal law. Nevada depends on hardworking people in hospitality, construction, agriculture, healthcare, and other essential industries.

I believe individuals who are legally authorized to work should have a clear and efficient path to obtain work permits and Social Security documentation so they can contribute openly, pay taxes, and support their families. A strong workforce helps businesses grow, fills critical labor shortages, and keeps Nevada competitive.
