What are the three most significant challenges facing Nevada, and how would you address them?
Nevada faces three major challenges: cost of living, water security, and government accountability. Families are being priced out while working full time. Our water is being negotiated without enough local control, and too many decisions are made without accountability to the people. I show up, I listen, and I execute based on what each county actually needs. As governor, I will push local-first housing solutions, protect our water, and ensure every decision is made with Nevadans, not over them.
What are your views on requiring proof of citizenship for voter registration?
Election integrity matters, and so does access. Nevada already requires citizenship to vote. I support verifying eligibility in a way that is accurate and does not block lawful voters. That means improving systems, not adding barriers. I show up, I listen, and I execute based on what Nevadans expect: fair elections, trusted results, and a system that works without denying eligible citizens their voice.
How will you protect Nevadans against federal overreach in cases regarding ICE and purchasing of data centers?
Nevada must protect its people, land, and resources. Counties control land use, and that must be respected. Projects like data centers must not threaten our water or infrastructure. I show up, I listen, and I execute based on local impact, not outside pressure. At the federal level, Nevada will be a partner, not dictated to. We will protect our communities while ensuring decisions reflect the will and needs of our counties.
What are your top budget priorities, and why?
My priorities are people, infrastructure, and accountability. Housing affordability, water systems, public safety, and education must come first, but just as important is how money is spent. I show up, I listen, and I execute based on real needs, not political agendas. Nevada doesn’t have a revenue problem, we have a prioritization problem. I will ensure taxpayer dollars are used responsibly, transparently, and in direct service to Nevadans.
