What are your top priorities?
I want to ensure that every public-school student in grades K-12 to get free breakfasts and lunches no matter of their family income. I also want to strengthen the North Dakota Corporate Farming Law.
How would you ensure that North Dakotans’ healthcare costs are affordable?
I want to find a way to increase the State of North Dakota's funding for Medicaid.
How would you address the housing needs of the state?
I am currently on the Nelson County Housing Authority, and as of now our county is fiscally stable, that being said i would be looking into how and what needs to be done in the rest of the state.
What is your position on allowing public funds to be directed to non-public education?
I am not in favor of directing public fund to no-public education.
What are your views on the current voting methods and access to voting in North Dakota?
As of right now, I support the voting laws in North Dakota. I would be against the provision of the Save America bill.
What is the role of the federal government regarding states’ rights, and are there currently any areas where you believe there is an imbalance?
There are issues in the US Constitution that are supposed to stay with the states such as holding and running elections. However, this issue is now being threatened by some to run by the Federal Government.
