Lakewood Special Election - Zoning Code Repeal Choose 1

An April 7 special election asks Lakewood voters whether the updates to Lakewood’s Zoning Code that City Council approved should be repealed (Vote YES to Disagree with the Council) or should be kept as law (Vote NO to Agree with the Council).Watch the League informational video HERE.The Zoning Code is the set of rules that determine how property in Lakewood can be used and developed. There are four questions on the ballot to address each of the four Zoning Codes that were approved by the Council. REPEAL the Council's Action. Voting “yes” on each question means a vote to repeal each part of the Zoning Code that City Council approved. Voting "yes" means you disagree with the Council. And you do NOT want the Zoning Code changes approved by the Council to become law.
