Why are you running for this office? What are your top priorities?

I am running for reelection for a two year term because I have served on the Board for 6 years and I want to continue helping the WHA to be one of the best housing authorities in Massachusetts.

The Board has made great strides in creating policies and overseeing a balanced budget in recent years. We have been fiscally prudent while being able to serve the needs of our housing community.

There is still more work to be done with a goal this year of reviewing all policies to insure they are current as well as creating new policies, and finalizing a Personnel Manual for staff.

In addition, we had a study done several years ago on potential future development of available land. Our next step would be to develop a plan of action for this to begin moving this forward.
