What skills and experience to you bring to this position, including prior board experience?

I have served on the 911 Board since 2012. I am the CEO of RJRS Enterprises Inc and have live in Klamath County since 1998.

What steps will you take to ensure that the District’s funds are spent effectively?

Annually the board reviews the proposed budget, holds public hearings and votes on the budget. At our monthly board meeting all expenses for the month are presented to the board for approval.

What steps would you take to ensure that the public is kept informed about the District’s activities and has opportunities for input?

We have a facebook page that is maintained by the Admin Staff andis updated with the District's activities. We have booths several times a year at various events in the county. We hold monthly board meetings open to the public.
